Kotrak is a project for a property manager who promises clients something priceless – peace of mind. The website’s task was to transform this promise into tangible certainty – to show professionalism, specific services, and build the trust that makes property owners hand over the keys to their investments.

The design communicates order and reliability. We implemented Lenis Smooth Scroll and subtle GSAP animations that add modernity without unnecessary fireworks – everything here serves to build the impression that this company has everything under control. Navigation is clear, service sections are transparent, and the contact form is always within reach.

Beyond the visual layer, we also addressed the technical foundations. We carried out a complete migration of hosting and email to a significantly cheaper solution, without loss of functionality or security – concrete savings in monthly operational costs. We also implemented solid SEO configuration so the site reaches property owners looking for a reliable manager.
